Guatemala Antigua – Single Origin

In the shadow of three volcanoes—Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango—the Antigua Valley produces some of the most prized coffee in Central America. The fertile volcanic soil, combined with cool nights and steady rainfall, creates a terroir that coffee lovers dream about. Small farmers here hand-pick cherries at peak ripeness, often drying them under the gentle Guatemalan sun.

Our Guatemala Antigua is roasted to a Light/Medium profile that brings out its signature chocolate richness and velvety body. Balanced acidity lifts the cup, revealing notes of cocoa, spice, and a soft hint of orange zest. Every sip is smooth, full, and deeply satisfying—a true reflection of Antigua’s reputation for excellence.

Roasted after you order, shipped within 24 hours, this coffee’s layered complexity arrives as fresh and vibrant as it was meant to be.

excellent beans

This coffee tastes great as espresso and in the french press. One of my favorite south american beans. The beans are roasted very well

Not all roasters are created equal

Not all roasters are created equal. I've had this particular coffee bean from other boutique roasters and roasttoorder.com brings the most out of this particular coffee bean, so thanks. It was out of stock for a few months. I am guessing it was a seasonal shortage but it is back in stock now and I thankful for that.

Fantastic, freshly roasted coffee. Such amazing flavor. I used to roast coffee at home with a cheap little iRoast machine, and if you have never made coffee from freshly roasted beans, you really don’t know how good coffee can taste. Roast to Order Coffee is a terrific company. So fast and fresh… the coffee is fantastic.

This is a keeper

This coffee works in drip, press, and pour over. It would also, I think, make a good iced coffee.

Excellent Bean Excellent Roast !

The Guatemala Antigua beans are an excellent choice if you want a smooth coffee without an after taste, or kicker. I do appreciate the excellent way the roast was completed to my request. Roast to Order Coffee did an excellent job providing correct consistent roasting. Too often roasters provide what they want or have, Nice change to get the correct roast!

One of my favorite coffees! I love the slightly fruity taste. Easy to brew strong or slightly lighter. Highly recommend.
