I don’t care for the USPS delivery service as they are always a day or two late according too the shipping information provided.
Coffee was as expected( lovely!) and shipped on a timely basis. My only mail order source!
Ordering was easy. Try to plan ahead, we’re in northern Cali and delivery was almost two weeks.
Incredibly fresh roasted and fast delivery! Enjoyed the Peaberry so much I got a 2 lb bag this order and shared with coworkers.
Coffee seems to be good if you have the right grinder and machine. As for the company, I have sent two separate emails requesting assistance with selecting the best bean for my less-than-ideal brewing system (drip), and all I've received is crickets. It's funny. They've sent me 2 review reminders but no response to my emails. I really wanted to love their coffee and the overall Roast to Order experience, but at this point, I'm less than satisfied.

I love Papua New Guinea, and this particular bean has a wonderful taste and aroma. I will definitely order again and will likely subscribe.
My only complaint is how slow the shipping I paid for was. I ordered on Dec. 11th; it was roasted the 15th; I received an email on the 15th that it was on the way, yet it wasn’t picked up by USPS until Dec. 17th and didn’t leave the USPS facility until the 19th. My coffee finally arrived Dec. 22nd. This won’t keep me from ordering again, it’s just something to keep in mind.
Bought 2 lbs of the Guatemala Antigua whole beans and the aroma upon opening the bag was marvelous! Many other roasters over-roast, so both aroma and coffee have a bitterness at the back end. Not here. Also stands up well without any bitterness when overstrongly brewed to accommodate adding Baileys for that holiday spirited morning or evening enjoyment.
This is a good coffee ☕️, for the afternoon, goes well with snacks
Love the decaf, rich dark flavor! Best decaf I’ve had! Fresh! Smell is wonderful.
Love the personal touch at RTO Coffee. This is not some huge Amazon warehouse operation. From my, albeit limited, interaction here, it feels more like a coffee-loving dude roasting beans in his garage. Living next to him would be amazing!

Easy to find what I wanted and order shipped as promised. Outstanding selection of Indonesian coffees and roasted correctly! (Most other "dark roasts" aren't even city roast!!!
So far, the Coffee has been great and the ordering extremely easy. I especially like the option to pick up my orders, since they are only 15 minutes from home.
