Wish the shipping was a little faster but no complaints still very fresh tasting coffee

Your order was placed on Saturday, August 1, and shipped Monday, August 3, which was our next roasting and shipping day since we don’t roast on weekends. We roast to order rather than pulling coffee from a shelf, so we couldn’t have gotten this one out any sooner. Seems like 5 star worthy. Once a package leaves our roastery, USPS transit time is unfortunately outside our control. We appreciate your order and are very happy the freshness came through in the cup!
Great coffee at a decent price, I just wish I didn’t have to buy so much at one time to get free shipping. By the time I get to the last bag the roast to order has lost its freshness. I only live 25 minutes from the shop, it couldn’t cost more than a couple bucks to ship it 5 miles. Even with this minor issue I will continue to buy and support them because their coffee is very good.

Love Roast to Order coffee! I'm still ordering several different coffees and have loved them all. The coffee is super fresh. I use a percolator and a French press. The customer support is A+++. Had an issue on the website and received live assistance immediately. I can't imagine ever shopping elsewhere for coffee. I buy the whole bean bags. The price per 12oz bag is super competitive!
Love the freshness of your beans. I used to manage a Caribou Coffee store and compare your St Pete’s blend to Obsidian - that’s a compliment as it has been my go-to for years. It is difficult to find beans as fresh as yours in a commercial setting, so I am setting up a recurring monthly order. Just wished you offered free shipping at a lower price point or for recurring orders.

I was disappointed with the time it took for my order to be roasted and shipped and then upset that it was shipped with the cheapest slowest shipping service available when the shipping charge was $15 or having to spend a lot of money for the free shipping. I did get over this after realizing that you can't really drink coffee right off the roaster anyway (I'd recommend putting something to this effect on your website to set expectations) and it needs to sit to offgas so the slow shipping service isn't really a problem but I would think the shipping price or minimum order size for free shipping could be reduced.
The coffee itself was hit or miss. The PNG was absolutely delicious, guatemala and sulawesi were excellent. Sumatra was way too burnt and Bali had no flavor. I am glad to have found the good ones though and am sure I'll order more of those at some point.
