Organic Mexican Chiapas - Fair Trade
Our Fair Trade, Organic Mexican Chiapas is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Grupo de Asesores de Producción Orgánica y Sustentables (GRAPOS), a farmers' group in the state of Chiapas, Mexico.
GRAPOS has invested in nurseries to support farm renovation, and diversification initiatives including a women's knitting program and a mushroom cultivation project aimed at creating alternate sources of income.
This organic and fair trade certified coffee has a delicate and fresh aroma. The body is light and mild with subtle fruity and nutty flavors. The acidity is bright, but not overpowering.
