Description: Earl grey is a blend of Chinese black tea and bergamot. Earl Grey is also sometimes referred to as the Copenhagen Blend, as it was traditionally sourced from Denmark through the 1960's. It brews a medium bodied cup with fruity, dry, citrus aromatics.

Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in water that has come to a rolling boil or nearly boiling (200°F-212°F) for 3-5 minutes.
