Using the Mountain Water Process, caffeine is removed without harsh chemicals, preserving the integrity and flavor of the beans.

We roast this decaf to a balanced Medium, bringing forward a soft sweetness and a smooth, approachable body. Expect notes of cocoa and walnut layered over a low-acid profile that makes each sip mellow and easy to love. The coffee comes off as slightly burnt and bitter. The Brazilian coffee I've had in the past that I enjoyed very much was Marques De Paiva, medium roast. I would be will to try again in the future with a light roast. Thanks

I very much enjoy the coffee. The smell when you open the box is incredible and the coffee is delicious. Shipment was prompt.
