At RoastToOrderCoffee.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in roasting your coffee fresh to order and delivering it quickly so you can enjoy the freshest coffee possible.
Coffee Returns & Refunds
Because our coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. However, we want you to love every sip! If there is an issue with your order — whether we made a mistake, your coffee arrives damaged, or you're unsatisfied for any reason — please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
We can offer:
✔ A replacement
✔ Store credit
✔ A refund (depending on the situation)
We may ask for a photo of the product or packaging to help us understand what happened and improve.
Merchandise & Equipment
We gladly accept returns on unused, non-perishable merchandise such as brewing equipment, mugs, or apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To Start a Return:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange.
Please Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Order Changes or Cancellations
We roast to order, so if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your coffee may already be in the roasting process and cannot be changed or canceled.
