Best decaf bean for espresso ever.
This is real discovery! Generally I’d say that properly made espresso cannot be made with decaf beans. Usually you can’t grind it fine enough or fit a big enough dose in the basket to have a pull last 25 seconds. With these beens and this roast, you can and have a wonderful shot with a fabulous crema. I’ve never had a decaf bean nearly this good. It’s better than many non decar beans. Really.
