Dragon Well Green Tea (Longjing)
(Trailblazer Teas Collection)

There are teas — and then there are legends. Dragon Well, or Longjing, hails from the misty hills of Hangzhou, China, where stories say a dragon once slumbered beneath a spring whose waters still feed these emerald leaves. Each flat, jade-green leaf is hand-pressed and pan-fired with patient artistry, releasing the scent of chestnuts and spring rain.

When steeped, the liquor gleams a soft golden-green — fresh, buttery, and delicately sweet. The taste begins grassy and bright, deepening into smooth notes of roasted nuts, orchid, and the faintest wisp of sea air. There’s no bitterness here — only quiet sophistication and a calm that seeps gently into the soul.

Dragon Well is the tea of poets and wanderers — simple in appearance, profound in character, and best enjoyed when the world is still.

Tasting Notes:
🍃 Aroma: Sweet chestnut, fresh grass, and spring bloom
🌿 Flavor: Smooth and lightly toasty with notes of green bean, butter, and orchid
💧 Body: Light to medium, clean and rounded
🌸 Finish: Silky, sweet, and refreshing — the calm after rain

Brewing Ritual:
Use 1 teaspoon of leaves per 8 oz of water at 175°F — never boiling. Steep 2–3 minutes, tasting as you go. A longer steep coaxes a nutty depth; a shorter one preserves the tea’s fresh green grace. Re-steep two or three times — each infusion reveals another side of the dragon.

Graceful, ancient, and quietly powerful — Dragon Well Green Tea is not just a drink, but a meditation in motion.
